Benitez has had a very successful major league career to date so he should help out the Jays. Benitez has pitched in 754 games in his major league career and he is 40-46 with 289 saves, a 3.11 ERA and a 1.22 WHIP. He has only allowed 541 hits while whiffing 937 batters in only 772.2 innings which shows how nasty his stuff has been.
